VIP packages provide a designated check-in process and an event souvenir item per ticket; they do not include unlimited show reservations, private restrooms, meals, or parking. Souvenir allocation must be confirmed before packages go on sale. Purchasers may distribute the included tickets to their guests. All attendees must follow festival admission and venue policies.

HOW EXCLUSIVITY WORKS
During the paid agreement term, the festival will not award official sponsorship status, sponsor-branded festival signage, or paid promotional activations to another business in the same narrowly defined category. Categories may include family law, commercial electrical contracting, local auto dealerships, banking, or insurance, as agreed in writing.
The signed agreement must define the protected services and geography, pre-existing exceptions, annual payments, remedies, and renewal terms. Ordinary ticket purchases, independently booked vendors, and non-sponsorship service providers engaged by the festival remain permitted unless separately contracted. No industry is protected before a signed agreement and required payment.

WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP SUPPORTS
Sponsorships help fund the planning, presentation, and operation of a community Renaissance festival: entertainment, performers, artisan activities, and the visitor experience. Specific projects can be discussed with the local team; no feature is reserved or renamed until approved in writing.
INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING A FESTIVAL FEATURE?
Feature, Royal Court, and Presenting sponsors may request alignment with an approved festival area such as live performances, artisan demonstrations, a family activity area, or a historic encampment. Availability depends on the confirmed festival program. No category or feature-area naming right is implied by a smaller package.
MATERIALS, DELIVERABLES & DEADLINES
- •Recognition is subject to the agreed creative layout, available sign inventory, and timely delivery of sponsor artwork.
- •Website and social recognitions are deliverables, not guarantees of views, engagement, ticket sales, or business leads.
- •Sponsors using an activation footprint supply their own personnel, tent/furnishings, and any venue-required insurance unless an agreement provides otherwise.
- •Tickets and VIP admissions are issued by the local team and are valid for the agreed festival date; no cash redemption is offered.
DO YOU ACCEPT SERVICES OR IN-KIND SUPPORT?
Potentially. Local businesses may offer printing, site equipment, power, fencing, sanitation, transportation, or other needed goods and services. Such offers are reviewed individually against actual festival needs and fair-market value. In-kind support does not automatically purchase a cash sponsorship tier or an exclusive category.
HOW RESERVATIONS WORK
A local representative confirms available inventory, provides a written agreement or invoice, and assigns delivery deadlines. A package is secured only when the agreement is accepted and the required payment is received. Postponement, cancellation, substitutions, and refunds are governed by that agreement.
